Hardwood and composite decks on solid subframes, attached or freestanding pergolas, patios, carports and compliant stairs and balustrades. Built square, built to drain and built to handle the coastal weather off Newcastle.
New and replacement weatherboard, fibre cement and timber cladding, plus fascia, eaves, new window and door openings. Rot, weather and termite damage put right so the frame behind the wall is protected, not just covered up.
